We are currently looking to appoint an enthusiastic and inspirational Assistant Headteacher (& class teacher) to join the senior leadership team of our thriving preparatory school.

We are looking for an Assistant Headteacher who has previous proven leadership experience in a school environment, can be committed to Park Hill’s vision and values, and demonstrate a passion for leading, curriculum development and innovation.

As our Assistant Headteacher (Academic) you will be responsible for aspects of the day-to-day management of the school and as such, must be committed to working towards the best possible environment for the nurture and education of all pupils whilst continually enhancing the quality of education and pastoral care. You must communicate effectively with present and prospective parents and the wider community, always with the aim of making the school the best of its kind in the area, a school that will attract and retain the most engaging and inquisitive pupils.

The role will require you to al be a class teacher, you will be responsible for the education and welfare of our pupils. You will work with other teachers to achieving the highest standards of learning and achievement for all. Additionally, you will be expected to promote and support the ethos, aims and vision of the school and maintain its philosophy of education.

As an Assistant Headteacher you will have whole school responsibility, this will include strategic development, leadership and management of others, academic oversight and the development of communication, marketing and external link strategies.
