Buxlow Brilliance

Buxlow is an independent preparatory school in Middlesex, founded in 1927. Open to both girls and boys between the ages of 2 and 11 years old, Buxlow offers pupils a superb quality of education whilst promoting positivity, confidence and respect.

The teachers and other staff at Buxlow Preparatory School are enthusiastic and dedicated to providing students and their families with a variety of special opportunities. Small class sizes allow the teachers to encourage a love of learning within every child.

Mrs McLelland, Headteacher

We welcomed Mrs Christine McLelland to the group in September 2023. Most recently Mrs McMelland was Executive Headteacher of two Nursery and Pre-Prep Schools in North London. With 24 years’ experience in education, having taught all year groups from Reception through to Year 6 in both the State Maintained and Independent Sectors in London, we are confident she will make invaluable contributions to the future of Buxlow.
