Congratulations to all of our GCSE pupils!
Schools within the Inspired Learning Group (ILG) are pleased to share their outstanding GCSE results this year, with pupils achieving excellent grades following their exams. These results reflect the hard work and determination of the pupils, along with the strong support provided by their schools.
Year 8 pupils at Yateley Manor School, Hampshire, had a successful set of results following their GCSE PE exams. There was a 100% pass rate, with all pupils achieving a grade 6 or higher. The early success of the pupils showed testament to their hard work, and passion for sports.
St Felix School, Southwold, is delighted to announce this year’s impressive GCSE results. An outstanding 36% of pupils achieved grades 9-7, and 92% earned grades 9-4. The school experienced a significant rise in results compared to previous years and is extremely proud of the pupils’ fantastic efforts.
Derby Grammar School also celebrated its pupils’ remarkable achievements this year. A notable 54% of examination results were grades 9-7, and 93% of all grades were 9-4. Several students achieved full sets of grades 7 or higher, showcasing their dedication to their studies.
Rookwood School, Andover, proudly announced that their students achieved results well above the national average. An impressive 97% of students earned five or more GCSEs in grades 9-4, with 36% of all grades being 9-7. Mrs. Jennifer Jellard, Acting Head, expressed her delight at the tremendous progress and skill demonstrated by Rookwood School pupils.
Pupils at Shebbear College, Devon, saw their hard work rewarded, with many taking up to eleven GCSEs while balancing extracurricular activities. One pupil achieved an exceptional five Grade 9s, while another secured three. Mr. Charlie Jenkins, Head of Shebbear College, praised the pupils for their dedication throughout their time at the school.
Finally, St. Francis’ College, Letchworth, celebrated a fantastic set of results across their Year 11 class. Over 50% of GCSE grades were 9-7, with two pupils achieving an incredible 22 Grade 9s between them.
These incredible GCSE results not only highlight academic achievement but showcases ILG’s dedication to offering an environment where pupils can excel both within and beyond their studies, setting them up for bright and successful futures.
